FOR USA ORDERS

You can return or exchange your item(s) within 60 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

• When you return your purchase to Sacred Healing Supply Company within 60 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). Alternatively you can request an exchange as well.
• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.
• Items must be in their original packaging for a refund to be issued.

1. Go to Contact page and enter your order # and the email address that you used to place the order
2. Indicate which items you are returning / exchanging
3. Ship the return using your own preferred method.
4. Seal up the box and drop it off at any U.S. mail location.

Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and we're processing your refund and/or exchange!

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally, we instead offer a full money refund.

You can return your item(s) within 15 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

SACRED HEALING SUPPLY COMPANY STANDARD TWO-YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

 

1. Warranty Coverage: Sacred Healing Supply Company ("the Company") warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, the Company will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

2. Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

• Wear and tear associated with normal use
• Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
• Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions
• Connection to any improper voltage supply
• Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship

3. Claim Procedure: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address provided by Sacred Healing Supply Company. In accordance with applicable law, Sacred Healing Supply Company may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with other requirements before receiving warranty service.

4. Limitation of Liability: Sacred Healing Supply Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.
