1. Eligibility:

The Sacred Healing Supply Company Monthly Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sacred Healing Supply Company and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Official Rules:

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sacred Healing Supply Company as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.

4. Contest Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of each month. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month.

5. How to Enter:

Purchase Entry: Every person who claims their free Gua Sha and pays $4.95 shipping & handling will be automatically entered into the monthly giveaway.

Additional Entries: For every $1 spent in our store, participants will receive 10 additional entries into the monthly giveaway. For example, purchasing the Herbal Salve at $18 (with 30% off) will yield 180 additional entries.

No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard with your name, address, and contact information to Sacred Healing Supply Company, 6901 Okeechobee Blvd, Suite D5 #1186, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the month and received by the 5th day of the following month.

6. Prize:

Each month, one winner will receive a RadianceRevive 2.0 Light Mask valued at $399.95. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sacred Healing Supply Company. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sacred Healing Supply Company’s discretion.

7. Odds:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. For example, if 1,000 entries are received in a month, the odds of winning are 1 in 1,000.

8. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sacred Healing Supply Company. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following the selection of the winner. Sacred Healing Supply Company shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

9. Rights Granted by You:

By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Sacred Healing Supply Company, anyone acting on behalf of Sacred Healing Supply Company, and Sacred Healing Supply Company’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, photo, and statements about the contest for news, publicity, information, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. Terms & Conditions:

Sacred Healing Supply Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sacred Healing Supply Company’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Sacred Healing Supply Company may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sacred Healing Supply Company.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sacred Healing Supply Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, (iii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in FLORIDA having jurisdiction.
